the apartment was in a very good location, very close to all main attractions in Bologna and Giuseppe made our stay easy, providing all the information and replying to all our questions. The apartment was very clean, big, it was perfect for the two of us. There was also paid parking just a few meters away and it was very easy to get in and out of the old Town.

The owner, Giuseppe, is a wonderful host! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It was the perfect location for exploring this beautiful and vibrant city. Giuseppe's hospitality was top notch from the moment we arrived to the end of our visit helping us with dinner reservations, arranging car rides and whatever else we needed. These units are a great value and if we are lucky enough to return to this beautiful city we will definitely stay here again!

The property was perfect. 3 of us were traveling together and there was plenty of room. It was clean and convenient to everywhere in Bologna. Giuseppe was so helpful in getting rides for us and giving us info we needed

Owner was extremely helpful and accommodating. Flexible about check in and check out times. Was on call for any assistance or support. Giuseppe even came to see us personally to ensure that we had all that we required. The location was ideal, central to everything. Was very clean. Was pleasantly surprised that the flats fridge was stocked with compliments water, juice and soft drinks. Also a little snack basket. We thought it was a very nice touch. Excellent location with plenty of space, particularly in bedrooms and bathrooms. Our host was superb: he met us after midnight, arranged a car permit and gave us some excellent recommendations. Air con was welcome.

The host was so lovely and welcoming. He booked us a restaurant that we were trying to get a booking for. The apartment had everything we needed and was very clean. I would highly recommend this place.

Host (Giuseppe) very helpful and attentive. The apartment is self-catering, but basic supplies already there. Three double bedrooms, each with own bathroom suited us, three couples, exactly. Location was perfect for us to get to know the city. The lift was important for one of our party as apartment is on the third floor. Lots of restaurants and bars in the immediate neighbourhood.

The apartment was absolutely perfect, beautifully decorated and modern. The host could not have been more generous and helpful. We have absolutely no complaints and only compliments about Giuseppe and this beautiful property. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone. The neatness, cleanliness and friendliness of our host was beyond exceptional.

Everything in this apartment was just perfect. It is basically a home away from home. The apartment is really in a very central location. You can access everything by walking. The building is an old beautiful one and the apartment is renovated in a very nice and comfortable way. Everything in the apartment was of very high quality. The owner paid attention to all details. The bed and sofa bed were extremely good. The bedsheets and towels, the floors of the whole apartment and the bathrooms were spotless. Everything was extremely clean. Windows are made of very high quality that you couldn't hear anything once you closed them. When you opened them, it was just nice to look at the beautiful trees and see the tower from there. We were received by the agent and the owner who were both super nice. The owner informed us that we can reach to him any time and the agent was really helpful and extremely nice. I have been to Bologna two times before and we would highly recommend it. The bathrooms were very new and equipped like 5 start hotel. Both bathrooms had toilets and shower and very quality shampoos, shower gel and body lotion as well as dryers. There was also welcome tea, coffee, biscuits and chocolates as well as juice, beer and water in the fridge, which was also super nice and the kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook. My friend and I had an amazing long weekend and the apartment was certainly one reason why we had a special one. We loved it and can't wait to go back.

Giuseppe met us at the property and showed us round. He also took the time to show us on a map where we were, where some of the main sights are and some restaurants he could recommend. There was tea, coffee and cold drinks for us too. The beds were super comfortable. We loved the flat and Bologna.

The street was a little loud at night being adjacent to the university. Our host warned us ahead of time so we were not caught off guard. The bathrooms and bedrooms were comfortable and clean. We had a great time in Bologna.
